Service Description. This Site describes Lawn Care Service, Tree Removal, Junk Removal Service, Lawn Maintenance, Tree Trimming, Residential Landscaping, Commercial Landscaping provided by Khaotic Enterprises LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Khaotic Enterprises LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Khaotic Enterprises LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Khaotic Enterprises LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Khaotic Enterprises LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Khaotic Enterprises LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
Term Changes. Khaotic Enterprises LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
